2. Eligibility & Age Restrictions

PoTherapy is intended for users aged 16 years or older in the EU.
Users under 16 may only use PoTherapy with verified parental or guardian consent.

3. User Responsibilities

All content, design, branding, and AI systems are owned by PoTherapy and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may terminate your use of PoTherapy at any time by deleting the app and your data.

9. Emergency & Crisis Situations

PoTherapy is not designed for emergencies.
If you are experiencing a crisis or are in danger of harming yourself or others, please call your local emergency number or a suicide prevention hotline immediately.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark and the European Union (GDPR framework).
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark.
